How often should I have my home cleaned?
We'll do our best to provide you with the best advice possible, but the frequency of which you should have your home serviced, will greatly vary based on the number of people living in the house, presence of pets and other variables. Once a first service is complete we would be in a better position to offer the best advice. We can arrangea recurring service in a weekly, bi-weekly and monthly basis. In addition, we are available for special one-time service. These include move-in/move-outs, deep cleanings, new construction clean up, and occasional maintenance cleans for customers that just need a little extra help. Do I have to sign a contract?
Absolutely not. There are no contracts to sign. We'll fight every single day to earn your business.
Do I have to be home when the service crew comes?
Although of course you're welcome to, you don't necessarily need to be home at the time of service. Many of our customers provide us with alarm codes, which we keep in our secure system so it can be provided to the service crew once the Work Order is dispatched. We can also make special arrangements to get access to the house key, when necessary. For security reasons, we don't keep the home keys.
Will I always have the same service crew servicing my home?
We want you to enjoy the kind of continuity in your service that allows you to never think twice about it. Unless a Customer requests a change, we make every effort to send the same crew to your home for each and every visit. Our goal is to provide you with consistency no matter what. Even if circumstances demand a staffing change, every crew member is extensively trained to utilize the same efficient, effective cleaning techniques.

Do you bring your own cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment?
Yes, we bring almost everything we need to clean your home. Except for a roll or two of paper towel and a couple trash bags, you don't have to worry about anything else.
Do you clean homes just once, or do you have to clean long-term?
While most of our customers prefer a weekly cleaning on a regularly scheduled day, we also clean homes every other week, more or even less frequently. Even special occasions.
How many people will be in my home during each service?
Our goal is to customize the cleaning to meet your needs along with time efficiency with the goal of always having your privacy and satisfaction as one of the top priorities. What time will you be at my home?

Should I tip any member of the service crew?
Tips for our cleaners are neither expected nor required. Leaving them a simple note letting them know how well they did will mean a lot to them. Our cleaners want to know that their work met or exceeded your expectations.
However, if you do wish to leave them a tip and show all your appreciation, You're welcome to do so by placing, if possible inside and envelope addressed directly to them. The kitchen counter would be a great place to leave it.

How do I pay for my service?
New Customers may be required to make a partial payment a the time of booking. Balance is charged once the service is complete. If you become a Recurring Customer, payments will be charged once the service is complete through a Credit Card on file. For safety and logistic reasons, service personnel are not allowed to carry any form of payment (cash, check or money orders). All payments are charged to Customers credit card.
Do you offer gift cards or any type of gift certificates?
Yes! We absolutely do, and in fact, onDemand Pro Services makes a great gift. Either as Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, a birthday or anniversary, or even to help a friend through a difficult time, we can have it setup and sent (hard copy or electronically) straight to the recipient or to you, so the booking can take place at the recipients own discretion. Is your Company Pet Friendly? What if I have a pet?
Pets are never a problem. In fact, we're pet lovers for sure. We would love to know theirs names and if there are any special requests or circumstances we should be aware of, so that can be addressed accordingly.
Can I hire one of your cleaning professionals directly?
Our workers are not available for direct hire. A great deal of time, resource and money is put into the process of contracting, training and managing our personnel. Each worker signs a contract with us agreeing not to solicit or accept direct employment from any of our customers for a period during which its contract is in full force and for a period of three (3) years from the date of contract termination.
